The P.A I saw didn't listen to a word I said. Was impatient and rude acted like she was in a big hurry to be somewhere when there was literally one other person in the waiting room.
I have visited this urgent care a number of times including bringing my daughter in for a broken wrist. On ALL visits I have found the staff to be kind, considerate and quite knowledgeable.
This location used to be under different managemen and the service was par at best. The new ownership is awesome. I have taken all my kids there and always receive wonderful service and care. Today we went in for my son because he twisted his knee. The Dr. hung out and talked football with us for about 15 minutes after looking at his knee. Talk about bed side manor.
Received very quick, compassionate and excellent service for a badly sprained ankle while I was in town for Thanksgiving.
Complete waste of time.
I was shocked at their arrogance and lack of empathy.
Both examined me for respiratory related symptoms and was ready to send me on my way with a prescription to something I already had that WASN'T HELPING.
I left and went to Rochester General where they immediately treated me with intravenous prednisone a nebulizer treatment and chest x-rays.
Go to the hospital for proper treatment.
I would rate them negative 5 stars because nothing they did or said was true and nothing they did or said helped me in the slightest.
The negative reviews are spot on. This is hands down the worst medical treatment facility I have ever been to.
When she skated off as soon as she arrived the nurse acted surprised that I requested to see the doctor. The doctor was somewhat professional in his bedside manner at first but quickly took on the indifferent lofty attitude of the P.A.
I went in and was greeted and asked to fill out information. Within 5 minutes was called back vitals taken and quickly seen by the doctor who was extremely professional and seemed genuinely concerned with my needs! I spent a total of 45 minutes there and will definitely go back if needed!!!
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. THEY ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNAPOLOGETIC AND SHOULD BE WORKING IN THE MEDICAL FIELD UNDER STRICT SUPERVISION OR NOT WORKING IN THE MEDICAL PROFESSION AT ALL.
